October 23, 2002 LoanAmortizer Enterprise has been updated to version 4.3, which introduces the new feature: Loan Schedules with Equal Principal Payment. The Periodic Payment amounts for this type of Loan Schedules are not equal, but a sum of the Interest Accrued during the Payment Period and the chosen Principal Payment Amount. In the “Make Equal Principal Payments” dialog you have to enter a date and the Equal Principal Amount. The Regular Payment amounts in the Loan Schedule after the selected date will be changed the way the principal of the payments to be the Equal Principal Amount chosen by you.

The command is available when the Loan Schedule is the active loan page.
